1. Refund Policy

At Boise River, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only offered for defective items or products that do not match the design specifications submitted during purchase.
  • Refund Request Timeframe: You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other documentation to process your claim.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalized items that are correctly produced according to your submitted design are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once your claim is approved.

2. Shipping or Delivery Policy

Boise River aims to provide prompt and reliable delivery services. Here’s how we handle shipping and delivery:

  • Shipping Methods: We offer both standard and expedited shipping options via trusted carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2–4 business days. Please note that production times for personalized items may add an additional 2–3 business days before shipment.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and destination. Rates will be displayed during checkout.
  • Eligible Destinations: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

3. Return Policy and Process

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return items under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Personalized items that meet design specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Return Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Return Process:
